The library looks at community needs when deciding what to buy for the collection. According to the Lake County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, the self-employed make up the single largest group of the total workforce of Lake County. These new purchases include books on writing business plans, improving customer service, marketing your business using social media, and more.
